Custer's Last Stand

I saw this and thought it was funny. What event is it talking about? Take a look at it (laugh, hopefully) and analyze it. What elements of a political cartoon does it contain? To aid you, the aspects of a political cartoon are the following: Satire, Caricature, Symbolism, Metaphor, Irony, Sarcasm, and Stereotype. Remember, this political cartoons contains AT LEAST three of these aspects.

    i think this political cartoon has irony because of the quote on the bottom, symbolism for custer's last stand and either sarcasm or caricature.

    Its pretty funny :D but i think something like this is funnier...proably because i'm easily amused and have a strange sense of humor, but still...i laughed out loud (: -

    Anyways, this cartoon has caraciture because the salesman guy's eyes are on his nose! And he has a hot dog nose. Obviously people don't look like that. Its symbolism of course since it represents the event of custer's last stand. And it's ironic that he's getting the last stand... i think.
